3. Registration and User Account

To access all functionalities of the service, an account is required. The user agrees to provide accurate information and update it as needed. The account is non-transferable, and any actions that violate the law or good conduct may result in its suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ThisOrThat.cloud offers subscription plans: Personal, Pro, and Enterprise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the end of the billing period. Payments are handled by external providers (e.g., Stripe). Timely payment is required to maintain access.

5. Usage Rules

Users agree not to upload unlawful content, including offensive, misleading, or copyright-infringing materials. Using the platform for illegal purposes, including spam or misuse of other peoples image or data, is prohibited.

6. User-Submitted Content

Users are fully responsible for any uploaded images or content. Uploading illegal content, including copyrighted material, images of individuals without their consent, pornography, hate speech, misleading or AI-generated deepfakes, is strictly prohibited. ThisOrThat.cloud may remove such content and block accounts.

7. Liability

ThisOrThat.cloud is not responsible for user-submitted content or how the platform is used. Each user uses the service at their own risk. We strive to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitations and Beta Features

Some features may only be available to certain plans or beta users. Free accounts may display approximate or randomized data. Features may change or be removed without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to the use of the platform are governed by Polish law. The competent court is the one in the jurisdiction of Codentlys registered office.

10. Changes to the Terms

ThisOrThat.cloud reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Any changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
